 ABOUT ABERDARON;

Aberdaron is a small, charming, historic Village nestled in a lovely sandy bay at the end of the Lleyn Peninsula. It’s known as the ‘Lands End’ of North Wales and attracts many visitors annually, both from the U.K and overseas. The river Daron which flows under the mediaeval hump back bridge out to sea gave its name to the settlement. The beautiful 1.5 mile long beach meets all the E.C standards.

This large room with a view onto the courtyard has a family size dinning table, welsh dresser, cooker, microwave oven, fridge– freezer etc.

MASTER BEDROOM.

This spacious room on the upper level boasts an exposed beam ceiling, zip-link king size bed, cot, bath and hand basin.

SECOND BEDROOM.

Situated under the lounge this room is again spacious, containing a set of bunk beds & zip-link king size bed as two single beds. (NOTE, this room has restricted headroom).

THINGS TO DO IN & AROUND ABERDARON;

  • Enjoy the sea & sand . Explore the marine life in the many rock pools & river
  • The bay is suitable for all type of water sport, including fishing, sailing and windsurfing. 
  • Take walks over the surrounding National Trust countryside or along the beaches.
  • Bardsey Island is the home of large Manx Shearwater colony and breeding auks, shags and seals. Boat trips arranged in the village Seals can be seen on Aberdaron beach in Winter
  • Dine out in one of the many cafes or restaurants. Or amble around the gift shops
  • Golfing at nearby Abersoch, Nefyn or Pwllheli.
  • Visit tourist attractions such as Hafon Y Mor (old Butlins) Ffestiniog Railway, Nefyn Maritime Museum, Criccieth , Harlech or Caernarfon Castles and many more.
